Asian Ginger Grilled Chicken PDF Print E-mail

The husband wanted to grill chicken the other night, but I wasn't in the mood for one our regular marinades.  I decided to create something a little different.  I was in the mood for something Asian so I pulled out the Asian ingredients from our fridge and this is what I came up with.  It is great in fried rice the next night!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha chile sauce (or your favorite Asian chile sauce)
  • 1/3 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts

Directions

Put all ingredients in a ziploc bag.  Squish with your hand to mix.  Add chicken to bag and squish to coat chicken with marinade.  Allow to sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes.  Turn once while marinating.  Grill and enjoy!
